Race Results – Frequently Asked Questions

I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE RESULTS. WHO CAN I CONTACT?

We (USA Running Races) do not time any of the races on our website. If you have any questions about your results, please contact the event organizer or timing company. Their contact info is located just above the results.

DOES A HIGH PLACEMENT IN MY DIVISION MEAN I WON AN AGE GROUP AWARD?

No. Our Division placements may be different from how you placed in a race’s official Age Group Awards. For the Searchable results, all races have standard 5 year Divisions (Age Groups). This is so you can compare your performances across all races. The age Divisions we use are as follows: 1-4, 5-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90-94, and 95-99. Many timers will include additional results (such as Age Group Awards) along with the Overall Results. If those results are available, you’ll see a tab for it next to the Search / Claim Results tab. If that is not available, you’ll need to contact the event directly to inquire about your official placement for any awards.

HOW CAN I VIEW ALL OF THE RESULTS I’VE CLAIMED?

To view all of your claimed results, go to Results > My Claimed Results in our main menu while you are logged in.

I ONLY SEE NON-SEARCHABLE RESULTS FOR MY RACE. HOW CAN I CLAIM MY RESULT FOR THAT RACE?

If a timer or event only uploads non-searchable results to our site, we will try to convert the results into a searchable/claimable format as soon as possible.

I CAN’T FIND MY RESULTS. WHEN WILL THEY BE ADDED?

If results aren’t posted by the event or timer, we try to add the results on their behalf as soon as possible. However, given the number of races that occur every week, it can sometimes take us longer during the busy racing seasons.
